{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Warren Easterling, appeals from the order dismissing his action, under Civ.R. 12(B)(6), against Judge James Brogan, a former judge of this Court. Because we determine the trial court correctly dismissed Easterling's case, the order is affirmed.
