HALL, J.
{¶ 1} The Jefferson Township Local School District Board of Education decided not to renew George Saul's teaching contract. After determining that the board failed to comply with statutory evaluation procedures, the trial court ordered the board to reemploy Saul and ordered it to pay him full back pay.
