HENDRICKSON, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Matthew L. Jones, appeals from a judgment entry of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas sentencing him to six years in prison for felonious assault after a jury found him guilty of that offense and felony domestic violence. We affirm Jones' conviction for felonious assault, but vacate the trial court's determination, made pursuant to the jury's verdict, that he was guilty of felony...
