{¶ 1} This is the combination of two cases resulting from the same foreclosure action filed by plaintiff-appellee, CitiMortgage, Inc. Defendants-appellants, Troy and Denise L. Booth ("Booths"), appeal the decisions of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Brian K. Urbanski ("Urbanski") filed a motion to intervene which was effectively denied by the trial court.
