{¶ 1} Billy Balidbid pled guilty to rape by force or threat of force, in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), and kidnapping, in violation of R.C. 2905.01(A)(4), both first degree felonies. In exchange for the plea, the State agreed not to pursue charges for three additional rapes involving other victims.
