{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a final order dissolving a corporation entered pursuant to R.C. 1701.91(D). We find that the trial court erred when it entered that order without first affording the corporation a hearing pursuant to R.C. 1701.91(C) to determine the corporation's claims against its president relating to assets of the corporation the president allegedly appropriated.
