{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on defendant-appellant Robert Jennings' notice of appeal filed on April 1, 2011, in case number 2008 CR 4515. On June 26, 2009, Jennings pled guilty to two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle in violation of R.C. 2913.02 (A)(1), both fourth degree felonies.
