{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Maurice Pollard ("Pollard"), appeals his sentence and restitution order. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.

{¶ 2} In April 2011, Pollard was charged in a six-count indictment. Count 1 charged him with attempted murder, Counts 2 and 3 charged him with felonious assault, and Counts 4, 5, and 6 charged him with aggravated riot. In...
