{¶ 1} Following surgery to remove a large, fluid-filled mass in his pelvis, Larry Moretz found that he had lost all control of his bowels and bladder and all sexual function. He and his wife sued his neurosurgeon and general surgeon. The general surgeon, Gary Williams, settled before trial.
