{¶1} On December 21, 2005, the Stark County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Randy Lewis, on one count of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2) (Case No. 2005CR1899). A jury found appellant guilty as charged. By judgment entry filed February 16, 2006, the trial court sentenced appellant to eight years in prison.
