{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Riebe Living Trust and 20th Century Construction Co. (collectively "appellants"), appeal the Judgment Entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court denied appellants' Motion for Summary Judgment and granted defendant-appellee, Concord Township's, Motion for Summary Judgment.
