{¶ 1} Appellant C. Shelton Bailey appeals the judgment of divorce issued by the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to the marriage, Appellant owned and operated a dairy farm which had been in his family for several generations. The division of the farm property is the subject of the instant appeal.
