I. Introduction

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Nancy Toliver appeals, pro se, from a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendants-appellees David Duwel and David M. Duwel & Associates on Tolliver's legal malpractice claim. Toliver's brief contains eight assignments of error, which allege both procedural and substantive errors in the trial court proceedings.
