{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant David Seitz appeals from an order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Division, requiring him to pay spousal support. Mr. Seitz contends that the trial court erred in awarding spousal support to Ms. Seitz, because there were no changed circumstances meriting a modification of the previous order denying support.
