{¶ 1} DCWI-77, LLC, appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the decision of the Montgomery County Board of Revision ("BOR") as to the value of its residential property located at 4838 Loxley Drive in Dayton, Ohio.
