{¶ 1} Relator, Lake Hospital System, Inc., has filed an original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order awarding R.C. 4123.56(B) wage-loss compensation and R.C. 4123.56(A) temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation to respondent, Renee Kania ("claimant"), and to enter orders denying compensation.
