TIMOTHY P. CANNON, P.J.

{¶1} Appellant, Jamie Aguirre,1 appeals the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to suppress evidence from an alleged unconstitutional stop and detention, his motion for directed verdict based on insufficient evidence, and his motion to dismiss the indictment. For the reasons that follow, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
