OPINION

DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Clifford M. Chaffin appeals from his conviction and sentence for one count of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1).

{¶ 2} Chaffin filed a motion for leave to file a delayed appeal with this Court on September 3, 2010. On September 23, 2010, we granted Chaffin's motion, and he filed the instant appeal.
