{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Deborah and Thomas Toirac, appeal the decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas ordering forensic imaging of their computer as part of discovery in a suit brought by plaintiffs-appellees, Cynthia and Vijay Nithiananthan.1 We reverse the decision of the trial court, and remand for further proceedings.
