{¶ 1} Defendant, Anjuan Henry, appeals from a final order of the court of common pleas that denied Defendant's motion for return of monies law enforcement officers seized during a search of Defendant's residence. Finding the error Defendant assigns is barred by res judicata, we will affirm the final order from which the appeal was taken.
