HALL, J.
{¶ 1} Luis Garza appeals from his conviction and sentence on one count of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, to wit: a road, in violation of R.C. 2923.162(A)(3), a third-degree felony. In his sole assignment of error, Garza contends the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing him to two years in prison.
