{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Anthony L. Brown appeals his conviction and sentence for two counts of having a weapon while under disability, in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(2), both felonies of the third degree. Brown filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on October 13, 2010.
