OPINION

HALL, J.

Sheldon Smith appeals pro se from the trial court's denial of his R.C. 2953.21 motion for post-conviction relief.

In his sole assignment of error, Smith contends the trial court erred in denying his motion on the basis that his claims were barred by res judicata.
