Lake Park Estates Mobile Home Park ("Mr. Pantalone"), appeals from the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas granting appellee's motion to enforce a settlement agreement and from the court's interpretation of the term "terminate" in the alleged agreement.
