{¶ 1} In this accelerated appeal, appellants Global Reader Services, Inc. ("Global"), Displays Plus, Inc. ("Displays"), and Andrew Lachowicz ("Lachowicz") appeal the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of appellee Saez Associates, Inc.
