{¶1} Pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, Defendant Timothy Havens entered pleas of guilty on March 10, 2009, to one count of assault, R.C. 2903.13(B), a misdemeanor of the first degree, and one count of violation of a civil protection order, R.C. 2919.27(A)(1), (B)(3), a felony of the fifth degree.
