{¶ 1} Joshua L. Beaty pled no contest to two counts of felonious assault, with gun specifications, and having weapons while under disability. The charges stemmed from the shooting of Markus Singleton, allegedly because Beaty believed that Singleton had thrown away Beaty's cocaine.
