This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County.
Upon consideration of appellee's motion for continued stay of the supplemental briefing schedule, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. The parties shall notify this court within ten days of the United States Supreme Court's decision in Williams v. Illinois.
