{¶1} Respondent-appellant, Walter Hupp, appeals the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division's judgment entry which adopted the magistrate's decision, found Hupp committed an act of domestic violence against petitioner-appellee, Susan Williams, and issued a civil protection order pursuant to R.C. 3113.31.
