{¶ 1} Jermaine Baker appeals from his conviction rendered in the court of common pleas. Baker argues the trial court failed to instruct the jury properly, his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance, his convictions were not supported by sufficient evidence, and his convictions were against the manifest weight of the evidence.
