OPINION
FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Damien Carr appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a no-contest plea, on one count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and one count of Having a Weapon While Under a Disability. Carr contends that the trial court erred by overruling his motion to suppress evidence — a rifle — found in his car as a result of a search of the interior of his car.
