{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Mario Littlejohn (Littlejohn), appeals his convictions and sentences. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.

{¶ 2} In April 2009, Littlejohn was charged in a five-count indictment. Counts 1 and 2 charged him with felonious assault on a peace officer, Count 3 charged him with drug possession, Count 4 charged him with drug trafficking...
