{¶ 1} Robert L. Hemphill appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which overruled his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and, in the alternative, for a new trial, after a jury rejected his claims against the City of Dayton and some of its employees. The claims related to the termination of Hemphill's employment with the City.
