{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Valonne Price, appeals the June 22, 2010 order on motion for summary judgment entered by the Richland County Court of Common Pleas, granting the joint motion for summary judgment filed by defendants-appellees Goodwill Industries of Akron, Ohio, Inc. ("Goodwill") and the administrator of the Bureau of Workers Compensation ("the administrator").
