{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Anthony Pollard ("Pollard"), pro se, appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for resentence, arguing that the trial court's imposition of postrelease control was improper. The State concedes this error, and for the reasons set forth below, we vacate his sentence and remand to the trial court for the limited purpose of the imposition of postrelease control...
