{¶1} Appellant, Victor J. Kirin, appeals the judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, holding him in contempt for failure to pay child and spousal support and imposing a sentence of thirty days in the Mahoning County Jail.
