{¶ 1} Appellant, Showe Management Corporation ("Showe"), is appealing from a Franklin County Municipal Court judgment. Showe assigns five errors for our consideration:

[I.] The trial court erred when it determined that it did not have jurisdiction to proceed. [II.] The trial court erred when it applied Civil Rule 4.6(D) in this forcible entry and detainer action.<...
