{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant Elaine Lawson, Administratrix of the Estate of Stephen Lawson (the estate) appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court granting defendant-appellee Mahoning County Mental Health Board's (MCMHB) Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim pursuant to Civ.R. 12(B)(6).
