DECISION

BRYANT, J.

{¶1} Relator, Labor Works of Dayton LLC, commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus that orders respondent, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("bureau"), to vacate the final order of the administrator's designee, mailed September 11, 2009, which affirmed the order of the adjudicating committee denying relator's protest of the audit findings of the bureau.
