{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant/cross-appellee, Illinois National Insurance Company ("Illinois National"), appeals the decision of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee/cross-appellant, Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder & Bringardner Co., L.P.A. ("the Wiles firm"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
