{¶1} Defendant-appellant Brent A. Haynes appeals a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Coshocton County, Ohio, which overruled his objections to a magistrate's decision. The court granted a divorce to appellant and plaintiff-appellee Elaine M. Haynes, named appellee as the residential parent of the parties' minor children, set spousal and child support, and divided the marital property. Appellant assigns four errors...
