{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Byron Frees appeals, pro se, from a judgment rendered against him on the action he brought in small claims against defendant-appellee ITT Technical School. Frees contends that the trial court erred by not permitting a key witness to testify at trial, and erred as a matter of law regarding the application of the statute of limitations.
