{¶1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties' briefs and their oral arguments before this court. Appellant, Antonio Clifford, appeals the August 10, 2007 decision of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas that imposed a jointly-recommended sentence of life in prison, with the possibility of parole after 33 years, subsequent to accepting Clifford's plea of guilty...
