{¶ 1} Appellant, Joseph Pizzoferrato, appeals the decision of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, that overruled his exception to the final account filed by appellee Frank Berardi, executor of the estate of Delores Pizzoferrato.
