{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Phillip Cook, appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Union County convicting him of six counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, and sentencing him to an aggregate sixteen-year and three-month prison term.
