{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, William W. Bridge, III, appeals from the order of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Midas Auto Service Experts #322 and James Knepper.

For the reasons stated below, we reverse and remand.
