{¶1} Appellant, Pauline Meeker, appeals from the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, awarding permanent custody of her children, A.J. and S.M., to Trumbull County Children Services Board (TCCSB). For the following reasons, we affirm in part, and reverse in part the decision of the trial court.
