{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Angelique Bankston, appeals from the trial court's judgment denying her petition for postconviction relief. We affirm.

{¶ 2} In Case No. CR-508144, Bankston was charged with two counts of passing bad checks and one count of theft. The case was tried before a jury and Bankston was found guilty of the charges as indicted....
