{¶1} Defendant-appellant Samuel Ramunno appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court which granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Rosemarie Eckman on her adverse possession claim and thus quieted title of a portion of Ramunno's property to Eckman.
