HENDRICKSON, J.
{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Frank and Loria Sanfilippo, appeal a decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees in a negligence action. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
